Iva is a manager in the Department for Energy Transition and Sustainable Development at Apsolon, where she prepares, implements, and monitors projects from the private and public sector related to renewable energy sources and energy efficiency within the framework of national and transnational financing programs.
She has extensive experience in preparing analysis, strategic and planning documents in the field of sustainable energy development and climate change adaptation. Throughout her professional career, she has worked at a regional energy agency and in an association of experts promoting sustainable development in the energy sector.
Iva was a lecturer at numerous conferences and contributed to various national and international projects. She is continuously enhancing her skills through various energy-related training and educational programs. In addition to holding a Master’s degree in Engineering in Oil Mining, Iva is also a Specialist in Energy Sector Economics, having completed an MBA program.
