THE CHALLENGE
The leading national bank sought a solution that will facilitate existing clients to obtain grants from the EU and national funds, and which will attract new clients.
THE SOLUTION
The EU Fund Guide is a free service for legal entities that provides concrete information on grant applications and the possibilities of obtaining various reliefs from the EU, national or other available sources, to bank clients. In addition to its digital part through internet banking, the app includes a service of guidance and counseling by Apsolon’s expert’s for existing or new clients, through all stages of the application and implementation of the project.
THE RESULT
The Bank has secured access to individualized information on non-refundable EU and national funds for planned investments for its 30,000 clients, and has thus positioned itself as the bank with the largest number of clients who have used EU funds for business development and growth. The Bank also increased its overall financial services placement (eg loans) and increased the number of business clients by several hundred.
