Monika is the Executive Director in the Department for Preparation and Implementation of EU Projects, responsible for managing project teams, knowledge transfer and sales, and leading and preparing complex projects for financing from EU funds.
She gained experience in the private sector through participation in the preparation of projects financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) with a focus on innovation and research and development projects, construction and equipment projects, and tax incentive measures in accordance with the Investment Promotion Act. She participated in the preparation of more than 100 projects financed by ESIF funds and national sources with a total support value of 120 million euros. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Split, majoring in Business Economics (mag.oec).
