In almost 25 years of work, Victoria has gained significant experience in several different areas. For ten years, she has worked in various positions on the implementation of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) program, especially in the areas of public administration, economic competitiveness, local self-government, environmental protection, and civil society.
Since 2009 she has been dealing with EU funds – she was the leader of activities in the cross-border cooperation program, worked on the establishment of a system for the use of structural funds in the Republic of Croatia, managed the process of programming and implementation of operational programs. She has prepared and implemented numerous EU projects, prepared investment studies, and strategic documents, and provided technical assistance to the public sector in Croatia and Montenegro. In recent years, she has paid particular attention to areas that promote the circular economy, smart governance, and social entrepreneurship.
She graduated in philosophy and Latin language and Roman literature at the Faculty of Philosophy, and in journalism at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb.
