Nika is the executive director of the Financial and Business Consulting department, where she works on financial modeling, investment studies, feasibility studies, CBA, business plans for EU projects and projects co-financed with national grants, and tailor-made projects.
She gained relevant experience in the preparation and implementation of projects with a total value of over 140 million euros in the capacity of applying for tax incentives, support in mergers and acquisitions projects, and creation of tools for monitoring the profitability of projects. She has many years of experience in preparing projects co-financed with EU funds and national funds in the Republic of Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia.
Previous business experience includes business and financial analysis in the fields of retail, wholesale, and tourism.
Nika completed her graduate university studies in business economics at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in Finance.
She additionally trained as part of the Private and Venture Capital Financing program at the Luigi Bocconi University and the Wirtschafts und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät Köln.
Nika is currently attending ACCA training for a certified accountant and auditor and FMVA training for advanced financial modeling and valuation.
