The city’s goals that can best be achieved by applying technologically advanced and environmentally sustainable solutions, as well as measures that imply digitization of service and management procedures and the strengthening of digital and innovative culture in the citizenry have been recognized. Through citizens’ polling, interviews with city administration, focus groups with members of the public and private sector, some measures have been made and a timeline of their implementation has been elaborated.
The city today has its own plan that directs it clearly to the goal of becoming “paperless”, open to the ideas of its fellow citizens, transparent and innovative.
