The need to calculate the administrative burden that will be achieved by abolishing or amending a specific regulation has been noted in the public administrations of the countries. An additional challenge was the inefficient business processes resulting from manual data entry and measurement of administrative burden, manual generation of deliveries, and inefficient customer support in the areas of monitoring, management, and quality control.
THE SOLUTION
Apsolon’s experts recognized the market needs and developed a solution in the form of the “Commercialization of e-Guillotine 2.0 software”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Competitiveness and Cohesion Operational Program 2014-2020, through the call “Commercialization of Innovation in Entrepreneurship”, Reference code: KK.03.2.2.02 implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
THE RESULT
The innovative SCM software is customized and integrated within the unique e-Guillotine software and is ready for commercialization. At the level of internal business processes, the process of digitalization and reorganization of the Department of Regulatory Reform was achieved.
