Apsolon conducted due diligence, developed a business plan, a value assessment, and the merger model, with regards to the financial, legal, tax and operational aspects. It’s negotiating support and a “deal-making” mentality ensured successful completion of the transaction.
Successful realization of the merger resulted in a 17% market share in Computer, Peripheral and Software wholesale sector in 2017. The positive effect of the merger is also reflected in the average annual growth rate of EBITDA at a rate of 40% since the moment of the merger to date.
